Hey, I’m just curious, since you find this offensive, my apologies
ESC > gear button > first slider. However, this also seems to turn off sound effects.
yeah, in many games you have the option to regulate music,sound effects,voices.
since im not a big fan of the anoying “hiyaah,haa,haiyeaa” with those kawaii loli voices over and over again, I would really appreciate this option, because I like the music and sound effects, but not the voices.

That’s disappointing. Maybe enough players will express their dissatisfaction with that feature and they’ll add a separate option to turn voices off later on.
OP, let the devs know this.

Most ppl dont even play mmorpgs with any kind of ingame music… maybe sound efects… but i dont mind the voices they sound kind of cute haha

I find them cute, too… but they can be TOO cute. So much so that they’re distracting when I’m trying to concentrate during a difficult fight.
Whenever I was tanking or healing for the most difficult raid in FFXIV I had to turn off the music and voices. The music was too beautiful and the voices sometimes sounded like erotic moans. ಠ_ಠ…
effort? everyone has the same voice 1female and 1male voice and they all make the same noises.
next time you wanna say me they spend much effort in the faces? or should I say 1 face for ALL characters male or female…
FFXIV is terrible for that - the Miqo’te sound like they’re constantly on the brink of a certain biological function whenever they do anything. Also, the town voice ambience is… so… repetitive…
On topic, let us turn off Korean voices, please. Not my proverbial cup of tea.
I am not sure how the files are laying, but maybe its already possible to exchange the audio files with 0kb files, but I have no idea about the structure of the game currently, so take it with a grain of salt
