Trying to build an oracle

So here i was searching throught a lot of guides and build with oracle - mostly full support (i know what everyone say, only c1 would be meaningful) but i’m trying to finalize one with c2.

The classic build i can find is the cler1 -> pri3 -> chap -> oraclec2
But from what i’ve read chap doesn’t mean much in pvp and only help buffing for auto attackers ?
Some say that i need to have cleric c2 in the build for more heal tiles in dun etc.
And with an almost full support there is the problem of the number of buff which could need daino from krivis (or scroll could be enough) ?

Or any other thoughts, builds or tips as long it doesn’t say just drop oracle c2 or oracle at all would be well received.

I had the same problem as you, what with people telling you not to take Oracle to begin with, or keep it at c1, and with the multitude of possible builds.
It depends on what you want to do with it, really.
I’m running with this right now:


Chaplain, above all, offers you a way to kill things by yourself, to solo whenever necessary and to buff any other players you may want to play with, since from experience I can tell you they will love not having to rely on Skill spam and SP drain for once.
Mass Heal 10 makes up for the Heal tiles from C2, and I haven’t had many issues keeping people alive as of yet. Stone Skin is great protection, especially with high Spr.
Number of buffs can be bothersome, but we have lots of Pardoners in cities etc to buy Daino from by now, and depending on what you’re doing you won’t need all the buffs anyway.
However, I haven’t looked into PvP at all as of yet, so I can’t really judge how well this build would be doing there - quite badly against anything ranged, I’m assuming. For PvE it’s well-rounded from my experience.

I want make mind too but waiting for the Fortuneteller the class may related to Oracle.

If you want to be safe, C3 Priest -> Chaplain to Oracle would be the best way, just know that you’re going to be spending a lot of time when soloing at later levels because of the lack of DPS (mainly from auto attacking). Partying at later levels tend to reject an oracle due to its lack of support and mediocre buffing.
With death sentence still being buggy, your only saving grace from the class itself is Change, which is a 50/50 skill that can make your situation better or worse.

Change, while very situational, higher levels in the skill increases the range as to which you can farm/grind in certain areas when you still want experience.

Other than that, your only true advantage as C2 Oracle is the higher investment of prophecy and counterspell, both being very strong skills in both PvE and PvP.

The only other builds where I see Oracle working out would be C2 Cleric -> C3 Krivis, C2 Cleric -> C3 Dievdirbys and combinations of cleric/priest. The buffs of an oracle are more for mitigating disaster.
