Try FS? Want it all - advice needed

Ok, so I am leisurely playing in 2 ppl party with my wizardy wife who is making this build. I realise that:

  • later I will be forced to participate in bigger parties (which is a good thing),
  • I am only interested in PvE. No PvP. At all. Peace.

Thus said, I am not willing to make any DPS and want to make a FS, so my current base is this:

, with 1 INT x 1 CON x 2 SPR.

The questions are:

  1. Is this build viable at all?
  2. Is 1 circle of Krivis worth it?
  3. Right now I am willing to push 1 circle of Dievdirby for Vakarine, Zemyna and Laima. Maybe instead of Krivis, or instead of 2nd Cleric, or instead of both (for 2 circles of Dievdirby), or… instead of Plague Doctor (but on this I was told to better wait for the 8th circle to be added into the game). How useful would it be?

Thanks in advance.

PS How do you insert a build link into a frame? -_-

This build is fine, but I would definitely take priest3 -before- taking cleric2. You won’t need the extra heals early, and the dps that priest2/3 provide will help both of you a ton.

I would max Safety Zone instead of Deprotect because deprotect scales badly with level.

Sure, if I am not switching to Dievdirby - then Priest 3 first. Thanks for response!

This is the most popular FS in kTOS, so this proves that it’s definitely viable. I’m also going for this same build. I’m gonna try 2:2:1 (Int:Spr:Con) though

Skill change suggestions:

  • Max safety zone, take points from deprotected zone
  • Blessing scales very badly, level 3 is enough to unlock attribute
  • Aspersion is much better investment

Thanks for the response. DP was taken as the only skill so far that depends on the SPR I am stacking high and since it increases the duration time with each level. But yes, I think I’ll put the remaining 4 points (not all since DP is already 5, maybe later I’ll reset the skills) from DP into into SZ.

Thank you! And do you know, does anyone take Dievdirby there instead of Cleric2?

Your stoneskin scales massively with spirit aswell.

Sure. I meant “so far” - because I haven’t got SS yet. Tnak you!

Your build is this guy…

Except he has chaplain.

Cleric > Priest C3 > Chaplain > Kriv > Doctor

Anything with cleric2 is viable for pve.

But the build you selected is a popular pvp only full support build.
In pve full support clerics are more of a hindrance more then a boon, due to how important dmg is there.

ps, to get the link to open a frame put the link on a blank line. The forum will do the rest.

Thank for the reply. I thought about Chaplain, and I don’t like it because of 2 reasons:

  1. in my vision Chaplain needs Aspersion, Monstrace, Blessing and Sacrament to be maxed as high as possible, that takes too much skillpoints from Revive and Mass Heal;
  2. Somehow I thought he is not SPR>INT>CON build anymore, it’s more of a damage dealer (please correct me if I’m wrong), so he is not a supporter as I see it.

Yes, he’s full int. But basically similar skills.

If you dont like Kriv + Chaplain, then you can opt for Paladin, for more regen.

Paladin’s restoration has SP regen attribute, and his resist aura has -magic resist, which would synergize well with your mage wife.

Thanks. But damn, that was one of the things I feared - that this is more of a healer than damage buffer. I would leave it as is if there was some kind of WoE like in RO, but… any hints if it can be somehow alterated to match end-game PvE, or should I start from the scratch?

Wowowow, stop right there. Does Restoration really increase SP regen? I thought it is only about HP. If so - then please envelop, I’ll take two.

UPD Damn, by attributes it really does.

It has an attribute that adds 10 SP regen per tick. Max 5 (max 50 SP per tick).

Just 1 point in paladin, 1 point in restoration. Then you’ll have room for divredersomething, for that sp cost reduct and cdr statue.

If you want to keep priest3, then chaplain is the best option for pve.
It causes spr/int to scale with your auto attacks due to aspergillum, and allows for longer stone skin upkeep.
But melee range can be undesirable for some content like earth tower.

Perhaps a priest/monk build, but they have less support/defenses/healing.

Or even a priest/bokor combo, but i’m not sure that will work well enough yet.

Aside of that you’ll be looking at vastly different builds, due to how little dmg priest3 adds at later levels.

Hey, this is my try at building my cleric. I’m going to go 3:2:1 - SPR:CON:INT.
Weird Job order is because I already took Priest and I’m lvl 37 right now.

Could anyone give me advice what to change? (If this is viable at all)

Just wanted to say, yesterday I was in Tenet Garden dungeon for the first time.
Cleric2/Priest is pretty much heal machine.
Cleric/Priest2 is pretty much nonstop buffing.

You sure have more work as a Priest2 than Cleric2 as a team player.
If you decide to choose both Priest2/3 and Cleric2, for your own benefits and for your party’s benefits, taking Priest first is a wiser choice.
