Trouble opening the game

Bug Description :
Hello guys. All right?
I have a problem from earlier today that me makes it impossible to enter the game. As usual, open the game for Steam, a screen appears to check for updates, but after this screen close the game does not open as it was expected. Already reinstalled the game, updated DirectX, I changed the xml files as directed by staff, tried to start the game by tos.exe but none of it worked.
Please ask the staff to help me with this problem.
I thank the attention.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. click in play on Steam
  2. wait launch open
  3. launch appears 100%
  4. launch close and dont open the game

Problem with client_tos below

Try this:

Go to tree of savior directory and delete “user.xml” and “user_c.xml”.

That’s solved the problem for me.

Same issue here, can’t launch the game, it worked fine a few hours ago but suddenly I get this error message,

By the way, no addons, i’m launching the game from steam, and already done file integrity check.
