When trot is level 15, it says that it has a duration of 50s, and a CD of 50s.

Is there a toggle option to always have it on even if it cost the 67sp per minute? or do you always have to press the darn skill every 50s, if so that’s a pretty big pain in the ***

You have to press the key.

Yes, you have to. Same with many skills, like Finestra. See, you actually must observe the flow of battle and be vigilant.
