Tried everything, can't launch the game

Hello,
i am extremely new to the game, haven’t even started playing it to be more precise, and that is cause it’s simply not working.
Every time i start it, an admin request to run the game pops up, i press ok, then the tree of life updater( I guess it’s the updater not entirely sure ) Pops up, with the image in the middle but absolutelly nothign else, nothing is written anywhere, jsut this image and some blank space below it, like this. I can alt f4, and get the are u sure you want to close the client message, but aside from that nothing else, what should i do?

You can’t see the progress due to IMC not fixing the background image size, just leave it running, it is slow as hell since I’m sure it is pulling the patch files from a KR located server (not the one from kToS).

Is it normal that the updater stops working now after i launch the game ?
I let it run for a couple of minutes and this is the result

To make sure that it didn’t stopped after patching:

  • Go into the folder Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release\patch find the file main.bmp.
  • Open it in the MSPaint.
  • Click in Rezise and make sure Keep Proportion (not sure if it’s the right option since mine is in other language) to keep the size the same.
  • Then check the Percentage Radio Box, and put 120.
  • Press OK, it will increase the size a bit.
  • Save the file, if it says you don’t have rights, save it in other folder.
  • Then copy the new one you saved into the patch folder overwriting the old one.

Run the game after and see if it is doing the patching or it’s 100% stuck.

Wit the adjustments u told me to do the only thing that changed is that the window is now bigger, i cna’t read anything on the lower part of the client, still crashes after about 2 seconds, and i really realyl wanted to play this game damn it

You just installed it? Also, on the Release folder, try delete user.xml and run the game to see if it works. The game will recreate the file with its default values.
