For those that do not know, tree root crystals, especially on an empty map, have the spawn time of like 5 seconds, so just sit near the spawn point and farm it for 30min to secure enough essences to finish the rest of the event.
EDIT: alternatively, especially if you are playing a ranged character like a wizard, just turn into the general direction of the spawn, mash a phone on your attack key and go afk for 30min, the character should auto select the crystal and attack it each time.
They dont spawn at the same place all the time though (maybe on same places they do but not on all) - they may spawn somewhere else…
also the droprate is like 33-50% regular playing is more than enough… i got 200pcs today without grinding them while i only needed 10 for the 1st entry and 50 bein max
placing something on the attackbutton counts as macroing (against the ToS) and other players may report you for boting even though you don’t - its still a reason to ban and IMC can’t see wether it’s stucking the Y button or macro so thats no excuse
Just farm silver off mobby maps and grab crystals as you go. Super easy on ranged, and still easy though a little distracting on melee.
Respawn location seems to vary by about 1% in relation to the map, while I was taking the shower, I managed to gather 50 essences.
You only need collect 400 pieces for 20 days…
Each day only use max 20 will get correct number…
Choose 5 first, then 3 or 8, then depend on the hint will get correct next or the following…
