Tree of Savior Forum

Tree of Saviour was one of the 100 Topsellers 2016 on Steam? Oo

Today when I started Steam I looked through the list of games and I found Tree of Faviour within it (at the lowest quarter, in the Bronze Section).
Was the game really downloaded that often to make it into the top 100 Steam Games of 2016?

Look at the player count history…at one point it had 50k+ online. IMC mismanagement wasted alot of player goodwill.

Hmm… given that each individual bot account contributes to 1x download too…

Exactly this ^.

Now you will see it in the list of one of the most bad games in 2017 next time you check at the end of the year.

50k players is a very high number for a MMORPG (I think?)
but I was expecting the average players to be ~15k when the game was launched

it was

until imc closed registeration in april/may

huehuehue

coz server couldnt handle 15k

I’ve said it before in other threads that iTOS was one of the biggest revenue producers of all the others. They milked out founders and supporters then continue milking the stupid costume and gacha power hungry people. If they wouldn’t have got so greedy reinvesting funds back into this server it would have been fine.

But nah, got to be super lazy and go for greener pastures in the mobile market. Why work when you can rip China’s mobile game that ripped the PC game having an already functioing game without effort.

PS - Google “Commander Load Fail”

Theses aren’t the 100 games the most dowloaded but the 100 games having generated the most revenue.

iToS was very good profit for imc, thanks to all the cashcows who happily threw money at them instead of complaining about things like the EA joke.
