So guys I started playing Tree Of Savior around 30 hours and I can say that the connection here in PH is super bad like the animation of movement, talking to npc, skills are delayed by 1.2 seconds and sometimes 3. And also my game is constantly crashing and some zones are not yet well optimized. ToS I love the game and I hope you fix the connection and optimization in the future 
Whats your ISP and Internet speed? Are you using a wireless connection?
if you’re playing in SEA Telsiai, it’s still hosted in NA so getting 150-300ms should be normal heck even expected. Wait till the servers are moved to SG, (they are moving it right now as of this post). You should be getting 200ms on PLDT, and better latency at 50-100ms with Globe. If you’re on PLDT the only choice you have right now is to use a routing VPN such as Mudfish. And yes PLDT sucks, and IMCGames and ToS is not the one to blame for the slow connection.
