I don’t know how he do it but it’s kinda cool.

I’d guess that his computer is running the game and streaming video and sound from the game to his mobile, and the overlay/controller is running on the mobile and getting streamed to the computer as a gamepad.
Impressive tho.

windows 10 continuum is project of Microsoft to make an OS for all platform.
this is why they launch a free upgrade to windows 10 even if your windows OS are pirated copies. as long as your mobile phone graphic card/chip has enough power to run the software it can run it like you are using a desktop.
