Your game, which is Tree of Savior, is not listed in Free to Play Section in Steam platform. It means that new players cannot find your game in f2p there. TOS can only be found through searching game, which lead to most new players are introduced by friends and search the game by themselves. I think it is one of the reason too why there are lack of new players joining in.
