Hi There,

I sent a gift to a friend of mine through steam, but he lives in Philipines and it seems like there’s a region block.

He can’t accept the founder’s pack i gave to him due to this region block.

Can you guys refund me? He had already opened a ticket with this issue.

His ticket reference is: ROHN-6854 (steam ticket).

Philippines is not blocked from playing iToS steam. It’s either your friend is lying or your friend is a filipino playing in Indonesia or in other blocked countries.

Its not Region blocked

Source: me (i gifted my friend there all the dlc packs without any problems)
