Bug Description :
Hi,UAE players are having connectivity issue. Loading stucks, NPC does not appear, and too much LAG from September 25 until now. Please check if there is a problem with ISP. THanks.

You can use the tracert command in cmd to see the route from your pc to the game server it might give you an idea of where the problem is, since it started not long ago maybe your ISP changed the route to the game server (I suppose you are playing in fedimian since it is the closest geographically), ideally you should compare this to an old route, but since you probably doesn’t have it, look for a sudden increase, if the first node (192.168.0.1 or whatever your router is is) have a huge time the problem is inside your LAN and you should troubleshoot it, if there is a long delay when it arrives at the game server, it’s IMC problem, anywhere in between contact your ISP, but they might refuse to fix it, since “it’s better for most of our users” or they might behave as if they doesn’t know about what you are talking about

In case tracert doesn’t work or doesnt give any noticiable result try winmrt, it works the same way, but gives more detailed info, just remember to start it after the game have been running for some time

ohh i thought i was alone, my problems started yesterday, i stopped playing the whole day and waited for the maintenance to finish, still cant play properly,

My location is Dubai UAE playing on Varena Sea Server.

Well, that might be your problem. I can´t guarantee you but your ISP might (probably did, over 30 hops that’s surreal) have changed the route to the server your best choice here is calling your ISP and complaining, maybe they will fix (I have no ideia on how things work where you live) if they refuse to do something your best course of action is contracting a VPN, but that involves a monthly subscription…

after todays September 30 maintenance. im facing loading issue again.takes 5mins to load.
