Bug Description : Alright, the bug is: patch closes after Arranging Files, and, if i dont run steam as admin says it haves an error named error 0xc00007b.
I already did EVERYTHING.YES PLEASE I ALREADY DID THE INTEGRITY THING (15~25 times tbh). I did the xml delete, i already reinstalled the game 4 times or more, i turned off my firewall and tried, i ran steam as admin, i updated my windows update, i tried change the release.version, i got all dll on sys32 and syswow64 that i downloaded from internet to “fix the 0xc00007b error” who was a dll error named “missing-api-ms-win-crt-runtime-1-1-0-dll”. it solved? kind of, it turned on 0xc00007b error who do not say what is happening, so, no.

if i am missing one of them, tell me, so i can download and maybe fix it.
