There is no reason why it wouldn’t. Windows has been more or less the same in all the crucial parts ever since vista.

Maybe some of the Korean CBT 3 players can tell us more (if they play on Windows 10)?
There were no major security or architectural changes with Windows 10.
Worst case scenario: You would have to reinstall select software.
Yes, it runs on Windows 10. Most bugs you encounter which are related to the operating system you would also experience on lower versions down to Windows 7.
