Access to iCBT2 would be ideal, but just getting to help on iCBT1 was a great reward itself.
Although personally I donât care if anything is given out, you canât get angry at people or call them greedy for asking.
I only say this because itâs common nowadays to give out something for Beta testers / kickstarter donations / prepurchases / etc.
Itâs not unreasonable to wonder if anything would be given out.
Some examples: League/smite gave people beta tester icons.
GW2 allowed access early access to the game(i think it was 2 days) to preorders.(that was a little extreme).
Destiny gave out weapons.
My point is, people asking the question might just be curious, not greedy.

Actually, greed plays a role either way.
A nice gift would if they gave more feedback on our feedback - I expect they publish a blog post anyway but I want more. Hire some intern who just tweets the devsâ comments

Iâd be happy just to get key for the next beta test. How about an exclusive skill (like backflip lol)or emoticon/gesture.
So many greedy people, I donât want anything for a beta reward, itâs a reward just to play it.
During the beta my cousin came over and watched. He didnât get a beta key, he asked me the same question, so I asked in game.
In response I had 2 people jump down my throat about me being selfish and greedy. I asked a questionâŚSaying no would have been enough. Like I said I really didnât care, but I donât think itâs wrong to ask the question.
The beta tester reward is an armband. Itâs red with a white stripe on it.
No idea if iCBT testers get it, but this was already confirmed for Korean testers.
I usually donât like Beta rewards⌠I think itâs kinda unfair that we got the opportunity to play and get rewards too⌠while others wanted to be testers too and they not just donât get anything but they couldnât even join the test.
If our reward is being automatically included in the next beta, that is more than enough to make me happy.
Well, itâs a pity you had to tolerate idiots. They probably snapped at you just for the sake of attacking someone.
My point is greed is the source for that curiosity. Maybe for you, too, maybe not, as the messenger. Qhether asking the question is wrong is a different matter, however. Thatâs getting offtopic and meta though.
Why is it unfair? The beta key was a randomly distributed prize and it doesnât matter how many parts it comes with.
Rather, itâs not really necessary to spoil people without reason. If they want to reward those who wrote proper reports thatâs at least productive.

Donât worry about it. Most people are either trying to make themselves look oh so modest by claiming the beta was reward enough. Or they are just looking into trying to guilt trip people by calling them greedy.
Beta testing isnât for fun, its a duty you are doing for all the people who made the game and all the people who will play it after you. It is your duty in the release to help everyone learn what you have learned and spread your knowledge about the game.
A hat would let everyone know you are the person to come to if they have a question about the game.
But people would throw that away and choose to insult others on a forum so that they can appear self righteous.

If you donât want beta rewards why are you in this thread? You have nothing more productive to do than to troll others on a video game forum?

Just give us a single title to show off, saying âToS Fanboyâ or âToS FanGirlâ base on our character gender, and make the text fancy.
Nothing, wouldnât be fair on the people who didnât get a chance to participate in beta.
I did get a beta key but I really dislike exclusive rewards and donât want ToS to head in that direction.
If there is to be a reward given for testing, at least make it obtainable in-game as well (so if itâs some vanity hat, make it obtainable as a simple boss drop or something).
