Nah, we don’t need rewards. That’s asking too much.
The people within the focus test group should be the one getting rewards simply cause they’re our forerunners or the translators, not us, who simply got lucky and got a key.

but if their is a chance for item gifts by IMCgames… i would like a beta cape! @_@\ since hats are mainstream

Back to the subject I think 1 beta key would be nice so they can be distributed to people who will respond to the key asap (ToS didn’t send out e-mails on the 2nd key give out, I found it on the website by mistake). I feel bad that I only had a few hours to play while others are begging and wishing they had one just because I assumed I had no hope in getting a key. I would have found more bugs and shared more information. Although watching ToS on Twitch gave me some useful tips like gem upgrades, and weapon upgrades. Make sure to login to ToS website everyday during beta. By the way kCBT is every 2 months, I estimate the next beta at the end of October, but that’s just a hunch. Oops I went off track sorry.
Just make it a non-tradeable hat with no in-game benefits. Getting a direct advantage over other players from the get-go would obviously bad due to the CBT having the participants chosen randomly, but if people really do want a reward then the aforementioned hat would obviously be the best. Most people are previous RO players so I doubt anyone would complain over that.

Well there’s always the character wipe for beta keys. They are wiping every beta, or so I heard. The hat would be like an “Ask me” button for the new players. In general both help development, well except the part where more people = need a bigger server. I can settle for a hat.
Always found the whole “we don’t deserve anything, we played the game early!” to be some eye-rolling brownnosing so boo on that. I believe beta-testers were supposed to get an unique armband though, weren’t they?

Probably a privilege for beta testers to reserve their lodge name when the next beta comes? This has been done to a lot of games that I know.

I read threw all the comments and a hat will be nice and the beta itself is not a reward to show you was a beta tester…
There should not be any additional reward for participating in closed beta, bearing in mind how hard was it to get in.
tbh atm im hoping for a definitive spot on the next (few? loll) beta tests.
If we get an item, then i would be happy too. :)))) though im fine with only being able to test it.
