Traspose Skill Bug [Clarification on skill behavior appriciated from DEVs or GM]

Bug Description :
-Thaumaturge Transpose Skill-
Reapplying transpose before the buff ends does not maintain your current HP value. Instead, resets it back to the original vaule prior to casting Transpose.
At the moment none of us are sure if this is working as intended. It would be nice if any DEVs or GMs can help to clarify if it is.

Steps to reproduce the issue :
1) Get a Thaumaturge with level 3 or higher Transpose
Reason Level 3 or higher is because the duration of the buff from transpose will have exceeded the cooldown duration of the skill, allowing you to cast Transpose again before the buff ends.

2) Stats points build of this Thamaturge to have High INT, low CON
This is so that using Transpose will give change your INT to CON, resulting in higher CON value as well as MAX HP value.

3) Use Transpose
Need some clarification here as well, During the 1st Transpose is your HP INTENDED to be maintained as its static value? Because it would make sense for your HP to be maintained based on percentage when using Transpose. Any GM or DEVs able to comment if this is working as intended? If not, there’s another bug right there.

4) Wait until after Transpose CD and the buff is still on

5) Use Transpose again WHILE the buff is still on.

6) HP resets back to it’s original value before transpose.

Swash Buckling has an attribute with HP increase has a similar behavior to what Transpose does and has that problem fixed.
I would like to reference an earlier thread not located in the bug report section that highlights the same issue:
