The announcement only mention SEA players in the ‘K’ and ‘O’ servers are allowed to transfer over, how about the SEA players in the Fediman server?
Yes, look at the follow up annoucement. They say that too. You can move from Fed to Sea.

What happen if i have a char in SEA, would it get overwritten even I want to transfer from EU to SEA?
