In short: use market. It has some tax but you can transfer money this way.
For money transfer:
Char A wants to transfer money to char B. You go with B to market and put some junk for price that you need (dont forget to account for tax, damn government). Then change char to A and search for that item. Buy that item with A. Char B gets that money. Also i need to mention that junk items become untradable after buying like that and if you store in your storage, you cant take it out (must be a bug), so if you want to transfer money, use junk that you wont need.
For item transfer:
This was already mentioned multiple times, but you can use buy-in shop (F1, then select last tab that has tittles and lodge settings). After you open buy-in shop window, search for item that you want to transfer from other char, set price something so low that no one would sell it to you (like 1 silver, duh). Set up shop, and you can change character and that shop will still remain open. Then just log in to char that has item you are trying to transfer and go sell it to yourself at that buy-in shop 
Just dont forget which channel you got your shop in.
This is all silly and this game should have shared storage, maybe in future, but for now we find the way
