I think Alchemist C3 is able to change the look of equipment.
Not sure is that already in current content?
But what I want to raise up is that we need a feature to transfer the enchanted stats from one headgear to another headgear.
The original design of Enchant Scroll was that compare to RO, it doesn’t bind your character’s look to only certain headgear, like +3 Dex AppleArcher Headgear or any gear with Card Slotted in it.
However, the current TOS status of Enchanted Scroll are falling back to exact situation.
If you got 1 very well rolled Headgear, you are probably won’t risk your way to reroll another preferred headgear, or when you are trying to roll Matk related but you got a very good Patk roll, hence it will only bind back to only 1 headgear.
This design has limited the freedom of character customization, which is one of most enjoyable thing to do in RO and to be inherited in TOS. However, the current system has limitation to this feature.
So IMC, please look for this issue. Try make Alchemist C3 more useful and able to do this job
