Is there a way to transfer my team from Silute to Klaipeda? I live in the US and I’m pretty sure when I created my team on the first day of free to play, Klaipeda and Orsha were EU. Then it changed to NA one day. Plus I don’t understand a word of what SA players are saying. “Yo no hablo espanol” <— me everytime. I don’t feel like restarting cause my character is lvl 104 (somewhat around there I don’t remember) and all that hard work would go to waste. I haven’t been able to make any friends or be in a guild and as a result, I’ve been going solo ever since the first day I started. If I can’t transfer, are there any English speaking people in Silute cause I really want to play with other people. It’s ok if you’re a lower level, I’d be happy to help out!

Sorry let me correct myself. A few weeks later*. Don’t really remember when it changed though 
They were NA from the start, only Fed was EU.
If they were really NA from the start then I wouldn’t have been stupid enough to not create my team/characters there. Sorry if I’m wrong but 99% sure it said EU next to their server names
As long as my knowledge goes (I see the servers since day one), it never was stated, nor it appeared, that the location for Orsha and Klaipeda was Europe.
The only situation regarding something similar was the fact that Fediman, on its launch, didn’t have the [EU] tag on it, that confused some players, and they added it really fast.
The other servers had their tags, [SEA] for Telsiai and Varena, and [South America] for Silute. Orsha and Klaipeda never had tags, only recently they added the [North America].
Note that, to avoid further problems, they changed the tags from SEA and EU, to South-east Asia and Europe.
Regarding transfers, currently there is no way. To ask more about that you should send a ticket, mention the staff, or send a message (don’t spam it) to the staff (the best way I believe is a topic mentioning, or a ticket).

This was a little offensive. Most of us, Silute players, speak portuguese, of course there is spanish speaking guilds, and some english speaking guilds.
Anyway, they’re right, never Orsha and Klaipeda are labelled [EU].
And in a side note, Silute old tag is SA, it is changed togheter with Fedimian, Telsiai and Varena.
But yeah, you can try ticketing IMC, but they already said that server transfer are avalaible only in the case of Orsha/Klaipeda > SEA and Orsha/Klaipeda > Silute. And of course it is only for a period of time, that is over anyway.

Sorry. Most of the people that I encounter speak Spanish so yeah.
At first I thought SA meant South America but since I didn’t see a server with NA on it, I assumed that SA was States of America so I created my team there. Didn’t really pay attention to foreign speakers. Aside from my friend, there weren’t really any English speakers that we encountered but I got used to it. Now I’m losing more and more interest in this game because I’m not having fun going solo (since my friend quit).
Quick question. How did people know that they were NA servers if they didn’t have tags?
The information given was that they were hosted in US east. Then fedimian server was announced shortly afterwards, which is still hosted in US east, but will be moved to EU after a while.
