We would like to announce that the team transfer process to Fedimian (EU server) and Telsiai (SEA server) are now complete. All transfer application tickets have now been answered and those with no transfer restrictions will now be able to access the game through their server of choice.
If you find that your team has not been transferred to your requested server or if you experience any other problems related to the transfer, kindly send us a ticket via our Support page.

Well I send a ticket about failed transfer to Fedimian more than a WEEK ago and still no answer. I didnt play all that time because I was scared that if I was in game they cant transfer me and it will take 1 more WEEK. All my friends and guildmates already on Fedimian and I am still nervously waiting…
I understand that IMC has a lot of work because of all server transfers and upcoming F2P new players, but still how long will it take for IMC to answer a ticket? And pls transfer me already!!
