[Transfer Fail] Orsha to Sea

Greetings Admin,

I failed to transfer and I suspect it is because of a misunderstanding that I have successfully filed a ticket even though I didn’t( screen shot of me sending a ticket attached to this post ). After asking my friends, they actually had an “Unanswered” ticket prior to successful transfer. Then I only realized one of my friends had to “leave” party in the [target] server which is sea in order to successfully send a ticket. It wasn’t really clear if the criteria was meant for both servers as it stated that the target server team will be deleted. I would like to ask for your kind consideration to give me a transfer even if it costs me a day or two without play. I am willing to compromise for this alone. Thank you.

I think you need to send them an E-mail instead of posting here because GMs may not read all threads.

this transfer to sea was a one time limited offer if im not wrong

Yeah, I still remember that GM Julie used to tell that there will be another transfer when TOS becomes F2P :smiley:

Might be too late for transfers, but do send an email to tossupport@imc.co.kr

They have around 3 days of response time from my experience :slight_smile:
