Hey Hello, I made a server Orsha transfer request to the Server Silute(SA), but the transfer has not happened already tried to contact another ticket days ago, but did not have answers yet, pls contact me has fast as possible to solve this. The request was made and I want my characters in Silute or Refund of expenses DLC

Same here. And my transfer tickets disappeared on they maintance/transfer day.
