Anyone has an upto date transcending guide? Everything i find seems to be outdated

try this link. click on an equipment then add the transcendence value, it will show how much gem is required and the damage increase.

Can you still remove blood gems from gear or have they removed that oprion?
You no longer can. Once you transcend something, it’s forever transcended. They changed this last year. Other changes include bringing down total trans value from 200% at stage 10 to 100% at stage 10 as well as lowering the gem requirements to reach the final stage.
