Transcendence for blunt weapons enhances both patk and matk ?

PAtk only(sadly), if you want MAtk get a rod.

There are some blunt weapons yet to be released that are base matk, so you could transcend them.

You would just need to have 2 blunt weapons and weapon swap to be optimal.
