There is no in game warnings to say i cannot trade a transcended item between my own team. After submitting a ticket and getting a canned response about it i have decided to quit this rubbish game and not give it another cent.
I was a returning player having played 700 odd hours and then took a 6 mth break due to lack of transparency and QoL. I came back last week and tried the transcend system after buying a few LARGE tp packs. Low and behold i discover my partial mistake as no warning was given. After reading IMC’s OWN GUIDE in which it says reducing a transcended item to a 0 state by failing twice in a row makes the item able to trade again is a streight up lie. Failing a transcend from stage 1 does nothing. It is still stage 1.
So i ripped my item, and 5 goddess gems.
After reading the guide i used 2 MORE gems at 12% fail. 25% fail. Thereby should make the item stage 0 and tradable again, which is infact not true. It just stays at stage 1.
I did a chargeback on my TP to my credit company. You don’t deserve the money and i dont want to play your game. Goodbye.
