Where to train at lv 70-87 ?
you don’t train you quest.
There are quests in both regions (klaipedia and Orsha) within that range.
Just doing quest and use exp card?
SAVE exp cards.
You do quests, till you get to an area where you can grind good with high moob density.
If you don’t save exp cards, you will end up in a grind wall at around 160.
What, you don’t save EXP card until level 140.
If you haven’t known yet, there’s a lv.69 Map called Gytis Settlement Area next to Klaipeda.
Then there is a whole range of quests from Gateway of the Great King up until Royal Mausoleum. (lv.58-93)
Then there is a whole bunch of quests on the side of Orsha, if you haven’t known yet you can always buy a Warp Scroll to go to Orsha from your Klaipeda Item Merchant (and vice versa if you start from Orsha).
Here’s a location guide I made for my friends, for lv.85 up until ~lv.120
Not the best one out there, but I hope it helps to visualize what you need to do better. You can try to do quests in the maps before those marked areas first.

I saved mine xD.
40 to 60 is easy to grind at Engomes.
The you grind at chapel, as soon as you reach it with the quests in between.
Etc.
While doing quests just to get the exp cards for later.
I blasted through the grind wall with that …
There is no grind wall in Kobt.
There is literally quests to do to take you from 36-100.
When you hit 36 in Tenets garden, you can go to Orsha, go to the previous area, pick up the quest line there and rush through it. Then do the 30 quests there. Now you’ll have 2 30+ zones you flip back and forth between as you desire quests. The Orsha ones also give you weapons and armor so you wont have to worry about equipment.
No level 160 grind wall?

Which map is good to grind at lv70-87?
Royal Mausoleum Constructors’ Church, I guess (?). Mob density on Orsha Map 76, 80, 84 is high too.

Even if there was a grind wall, I’d only save cards after the gap to 136 cards is achieved. Lower level cards will give little exp comparatively.

Bring in a group there.

You need to farm the event quests. Where hundreths of ghost apparations spawn.
