how does one trade with friends?
Both you and your friend have to have a Token to do so. Great, isn’t it?
Thats aids. Fix this. Basic trading should be accessable through all characters.

You’d think it’d be obvious, but there are some people defending it, claiming it stops or inconveniences RMTs (Real Money Traders). It doesn’t stop bots or anything like that, but everyone has their head in the sand.

Here is how you solve RMT issue
Step 1: Ban everyone who is doing it.
Step 2: Job is done.
How about this. Convince IMC to change to monthly subscription to play. Then everyone will be able to trade and we wont need the silly tokens.
The subscription would probably be less than the cost of a token, but when you don’t feel like paying anymore you wont be able to play at all. Good tradeoff right?
If this game was subscription based I’d support it on the condition of the cash shop being overhauled to be less P2W. I think $10 - $12 is fair but they would have to stabilize the game’s servers and fix a variety of issues before they… earned the right to charge $10-$12 a month.

If they want a good F2P game this is how you do it, Ban RMT, Ban Bots.and that is about it as far as community goes lol.

FFXIV and WoW get away with subscriptions because they are quality games. People like to rag on WoW and Blizzard too, even Square Enix but I don’t think anyone can argue that when it comes to content and polish, it’s very hard to top those two. FFXIV gets updates fairly often and they’re always adding new quests, dungeons and raids too. While you may not like how WoW and FFXIV timegate their content to keep you subscribed longer, you can’t argue that your money is being put to good use.
If Tree of Savior was pumping out updates every month or so and maybe even had a livestream or Q&A thing every once in a while to update players (transparency), I’d proudly subscribe. As Tree of Savior is now, I like it, I champion it to my friends but I often have to defend it. I would very much like it if I could happily brag about Tree of Savior without much consequence.
