There’s no tips. No matter what you do, either party can potentially be scammed. Just stick to trusted/known people and you’ll have less chance of getting scammed

How are people trading cards? Are they doing the traditional card battle and hope they lose the card?
Both times I’ve done Card Trades I’ve sat and talked with the person first. Got a feel for them and the attitude they hold. After I feel secure about it; I’ll go ahead and trade the Talt/Item first. The two times I did Trades both of them were indifferent about me trading first or them. It gave me a clue to their personality and felt as I could make the trade w/o worries. I was correct on both times.
