Tp was Receieved 9Hours later, NOW my item DISAPEARED!

i’ve submittted a Ticket for this already, and looking thru the forums, i see every1 else having the same problem, and this is the fastest way.

i spent money and bought TP from steam. when clicking the TP icon next to the map in game, i see my bundle, but when clicked it, the TP disappears, and i dont get any TP.

Please fix this, becuase i really dont want to wait a 3, 4, or a week to get my TP i already Paid for like the rest of the forum.

EDIT: got TP 9h later, but when used on Purple hair dye, and selected in the inventory, IT DISAPEARED!!! now its nowhere to b found. please fix this becuase NOW i cant use the item i paid for.

We are glad to hear that you have already received your purchased TP Bundle. With regards to the Purple Hair Dye, could you please check it on your ‘Character Settings’ ? If the issue still persist, please let us know via support ticket.

I guess they don’t have time to read everything everyone writes on the forum, unfortunately. You should tag your posts with a GM/Staff name so they get contacted by you to look into your topic.
