I have already tried to talk this issue with two tickets and the answers are quite… non sense to say the least.
I bought TP on the verge of the issue (last Thursday after the breaking maintance) and was unware of the dpk bug - as many were at least for a while - used my tp, got some cubes, got some 315 drops, then went to sell them and saw some decrease on the price. Thought it was due to the welcome back event and level up event, so more people dropping those, dunno, put stuff to sell that I wasnt going to use.
Then ■■■■ hits the fan, we see houses burning, zombies awakening and the sun turning as black as my soul.
IMC sees the problem, fixes it in an abnormal amount of time, gives compensation to exploiters, MAJOR compensation, imo.
And my first ticket were opened BEFORE those were even announced, it was DURING the maintance.
Okay, fine. Got the salt taste from that answer, then comes the compensation announcements or how they would roll stuff and I got a bit mad and tried opening another to hear AGAIN that I did not receive a compensation because I wasnt incorrectly banned, and I did not ask for THAT compensation.
Let me now explain what I was expecting. I used my TP to get stuff that dropped from dpk, the ones that were rigged and dropping like hell due to the company’s mistake. Which, the REAL money I spent thinking I would get X amount of usefulness out of it, actually gave me around X/2 to X/4 what it should have because of that bug.
BOTH times IMC says they will take it as a suggestion, the fact that a player, that PAYED for something, got the short end of the stick because of a bug that they allowed to even be kept stuff, we see MANY reports of people still with they dropped itens, and me here, sucking my thumb because I have WASTED money buying TP on a broken game and asking for some compensation for THIS case. Not for a ban, not for maintance, but for REAL money being wasted due to in-game market changes due to the COMPANY’S MISTAKE.
