You aren’t able to buy with the current value of TP being 190 as you would be eight short of buying this item meaning you would need to buy another set of 190 TP or wait until the place a higher set which will cost more.
The value of the packages are a value however only do the high cost of TP. I highly suggest not buying any package unless you find at least three items which you like inside that package. Value pack is meant to save you cash on something you really want by adding stuff to the item your wanting or lowering the price of that item which this does.
That all being said the price is way too high. The whole idea of a cash shop is to allow people to support your game and people spend money on things they play however if prices are set to unrealistic number no one is going to buy it especially with the cost of the items within the shop being over priced as well.
