TP PURCHASE PROBLEM. IMC take money but no TP

Part 1

  1. Bought TP
  2. TP won’t "transfer "from TP menu to inventory. Clicked on use several times.
  3. Reconnected.
  4. TP is gone from TP menu.
  5. TP is not in inventory.

Part 2

  1. Tried to make a ticket.
  2. Says authenticate Steam account, then nothing.
  3. Never had problems making tickets before. Been playing since beta.
  4. In case my Internet conenctivity is blamed: I am on a Cisco 7301 router, Cisco 3750 switch rocking fiber with no load other than this game.

. Fck you IMC. Fck you very much.

Do you really want all your remaining loyal customers to quit?

PS: Someone in QA tell your web team that your site has problems tracking people who login via Facebook the moment they change their Facebook contact email. Really really bad site integration.

WHAT IS WITH PLAYERS FLOODING GENERAL DISCUSSION OVER THIS ISSUE ALREADY? But it is very nice to see unhappy payers rant :smiley:
Your best bet is to try waiting and if nothing shows up in a few hours, you give em hell for your money back.

For those who don’t know, the TP retrieval bug has been around since…forever. Worse as of lately though it seems…

What happens when a paying loyal customer cannot get the product he paid for in a timely fashion?

  1. Customer will go play a different game. Potentially risking the customer not coming back.
  2. Customer will buy silver via 3rd party RMT websites to buy token.

IMC customer engagement and retention fckup regardless.Customer money goes to someone else instead of IMC.

100TP. Considered getting a skill reset to try the new Cata buff.

Alas, ill go play something else instead. This game is not worth the stress of a perfectly good but limited weekend.

Let us see next weekend is TP comes in, if not there goes another weekend of giving my money to somebody else.

well it looks like the problem is only with 100TP, i bought 500TP yesterday and didn’t any have problem or maybe i have been IMCed enough times.

they didn’t want to hurt me anymore i’m just a poor bastard IMCed.

IMC is just getting ready for the mobile market. They are going to make sure that you don’t get TP within 2 hours so you can’t instantly refund. Then make sure to never answer your support ticket within 24 to 48 hours so you can’t get Google Support to refund you either.
