Bug Description : After purchasing 300 TP from Steam, I log in to retrieve them, I click the TP button but it does not seem to activate so I attempt to do so again , but still no response. Please help.

Hello Saviors, please let us know and submit a ticket via Support if you guys were having any issues with regards to your purchased DLCs or TP Bundles for us to look into it and have it fixed.
May I kindly ask as to why there are still issues with TP retrieval with steam?
This issue has been ongoing since F2P launch and players have still been posting problems on a regular basis.
Why should players buy TP packs if there are problems getting it?
I’ve sent in 2 tickets about my 300 TP that has been missing for almost 2 months now. I was told the issue was fixed already, and even received an Event token for not getting my 500 TP [even though I said it was 300]; but still can’t actually redeem the TP.
Why does it take so long to resolve this? What else do I need to do? Normally I’m pretty patient but this is ridiculous and Steam support just redirects me to you guys.
