I made a ticket about my tp doesnt be delivered to me after purchase, but the status goes to yellow and no one help me with my problem. The Support team just do not answear my tickets, and i await about a week for not even a notification about my problem.
Seems my money are lost as my itens goes. I promisse to myself never contribute with the tree of savior again. Im sad and im mad.
Why they just do not answear to us? that TP retrieve system are very bugged and they need to work in something more trusted. now im waiting for many weeks or maybe years for a single answear… who knows when ill be answered.
