For no good reason I eventually received mine (took 1.5 weeks) there was no logical pattern to it, it simply decided to work for once.
I cliked it every day most of the time that I remembered that I had it.
It wasn’t directly after any maintenance and my ticket wasn’t even resolved, so moderation wasn’t involved.
did you buy 100TP or more?
