I was given a warning in-game when trying to purchase some TPshop items last March about reaching my TP limit, and to raise it to prevent issues for future purchases. I submitted a ticket just in-case. The last week near the end of March, I reached my limit when trying to purchase some Class Change vouchers. I followed the rules and submitted tickets. After a week’s response of them working on it and to have patience… this was the latest response:
Description : I’ve bought the steam credit a week ago, asked for raising the TP limit multiple times because I wasn’t able to use the in-game TP shop anymore. I then asked for help to just reduce my TP amount and give me the items I asked for, my response received was:

Greetings Savior,
This is a follow up to your concern.
We would like to inform you that according to your Steam purchase data, we will be unable to remove the monthly spending limit on your account, kindly contact us again after your recent purchase for another verification.
Should you have any further concern, feel free to contact us again, and we will gladly help in any way we can.
Regards,
Tree of Savior Support Team"
Okay… if there’s no way to raise our monthly TP limit, then WHY EVEN PUT IN-GAME MSGS to ask for help raising our limits?? Why not just return our money? (Yeah cuz first I asked the refund part too). Do you really expect us to wait a whole reset month to use stuff I pair for a week ago? Does the company expect returning purchases with services like this??
