TP get eaten when trying to create slot in full lodge

It almost a week since i reported to ticket support team, can any GM help to look into it please?

condition:-
1.Need TP to create new slot
2.Lodge1 full with max 16slots
3.Login any characters in lodge1
4.In game open inventory and click on egg.
5.Dialog pop out to consume 33TP to create new slot and continue
6.then here is the problem start, error msg will pop out and egg no hatch but TP get deducted.

(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
trying to open the shining battlebird egg and it pop out to ask consume 33TP to create new slot, after clicked on it, TP get deducted but no slot created and egg still in inventory.
Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. logging character in lodge1
  2. open inventory and click on Shining battlebird egg
  3. error pop out, TP get deducted but egg still there and no slot created

i retest the condition and it not appear again, but my previous TP get eaten and i want it back, please seriously investigate on this matter, other player may no notice but not to me. Please dont just ignore this, it’s unfair to me as it’s my money. How can this game eat my money like that and nothing action taken even i reported ticket since 24 march @STAFF_Letitia @STAFF_Yuri @STAFF_Ethan @STAFF_Ines @STAFF_Amy

Do you think the first time you click yes it only created slot (therefore consuming TP) and you needed to click egg again to open egg?

Beginning i checked my TP is 60TP and free 5TP and after click yes to consume 33TP on create new slot, the error of expired tome pop out. Then i notice my TP remain 32TP and 0 free TP but no slot created and egg still in inventory. Then i relog and click egg again, it asked for another 33TP for new slot and i really like wth…

i created ticket and even sent my lodge images to him but ticket supporter replied me i got available 1 slot in my lodge…But why it still asking for 33TP for new slot, i try many times restart pc or even few days still the same and now i used up another 33TP to test it out but cant get back the same issue while ticket supporter just keep silence and no any feedback. Am i just losing my TP like this?
