especially when currently, the only way to get tp is through bundles correct? 27$ for 300 tp in NA? what can that buy me, a premium haircut and a outfit for 1 character? can we atleast not make these outfits and haircuts sharable between characters.

Actually, it costs more than a real haricut, hahaha. But I don’t care, token prices are quite low and these cosmetic items help to support the game.

they could charge $100 for super lewt hair, it doesnt effect your gameplay or make the people around you better, it helps support the game.
Now if this was Archeage, than yeah, we would have $100 swimming pools that do give a major bonus heh.

It will buy you a regular, free at creation hair for 12 TP with a costume, but not premium. Premium hairs are 178-198 TP and costumes are 129 TP. So if you wanted to full Cockatrice costume set, that’s 327 TP. You’d have to buy a $50 dollar pack. For the 178 hairs with a costume, 307 TP. Which is just 2 TP shy of what they give you free daily. x’3

You are correct since you auto spend your free TP first, didn’t think of that, but I’m still gonna say 30 bucks plus 8 hour waiting time for free TP is a bit ridiculous for a cockatrice costume.

you are right, TP price with costumes are high, tokens are fine i guess, i can pay 6$ per costume i could buy all of them, sounds good to me but i won’t complain so much about it i just don’t buy them, they look cute tho specially those school costumes.

But if they lower the prices how will they pay for GM Durian to visit Klapedia for 2 hours every 45 days…but seriously, I have 904 hours played on that server, and I have seen 1 GM 2 times total in that span, so ya, they damn sure aren’t using the money for their staff or game improvements.
All I can picture is 3 ToS devs making it rain in some god awful strip club whilst using rolled up 100 dollar bills to snort cocaine.

Prices are ok in my opinion.
Most new games i’ve played have “box” system.
You buy a bunch of boxes for 10$ for a chance of getting nice costume.
Pop them all, get a sh1t. Try again.
Spend 40$ on a boxes and get costume (or not lol)
Yeah the “gambling” system needs to be illegal and fall under gambling laws. Once gambling laws apply to it, we won’t need to see it in our games again and companies can focus on better designs that don’t screw players over.
RNG is cool if it’s not using real money. Once real money is involved that’s when I got a big issue with it.

TP costs are fine for cosmetics IMO.
They should adjust the female hair prices to be the same as male hair but other than that the prices are okay.
What bothers me more is: Why don’t they enable cash shop items to be sold to the market?
Somebody still has to buy them, right?
So I see no difference to tokens in that regard.

I agree with the prices being too high.
Esp. since most of the costumes are bound to a certain class which makes them useless for all or most of your other characters. I prefer games with warerobe systems where you just unlock premium outfits for your whole account.
There are also games which reward you with premium currency if you buy a subscription. That’s also a nice buisness model in my opinion.
Get all the benefits from a subscription and get some currency for mounts/pets/outfits on top. So as long as you stay subscribed to the game you can buy something nice and shiny for your characters each month.
