TP bundle retrieve issue (SA Silute)

So, here is the problem. I purchased a TP bundle almost 20 days ago.

I open the TP window and there is my bundle to use, i click yes to confirm and nothing happens. I had already sent 3 tickets and always is the same answer but i don’t know what to do anymore.

Same here. I’m highly disappointed. I feel completely unheard and find this really unprofessional of IMC and their staff. I expect at least some sort of compensation actually(and not some exp tome) but knowing IMC…There is a line I will have to draw eventually though and start asking a refund from paypal or steam:sweat:
