TP bundle not receiving yet after 1 hour

Good Evening Guys,

It deducted my credit from steam wallet but it is not credited into my account yet. When I click the redeem item on steam, it state there is an error encounter. But an email had sent to my email address and transaction history also state the transaction is success. Kindly Assist please.

Ah and one small note, STAFF_MAXSWIFE is not a real staff member. It was an imposter and the user’s account has been blocked.
