TP Bundle not received

Bug Description :

Bought a 500TP Bundle, didn’t receive it.
Yesterday I bought a 300TP and 100TP bundle as well, they have been refunded by Steam Support in the meanwhile as IMC Support is unable to assist me in this matter. All I receive is automated respones.

I feel as if creating any more tickets will lead nowhere, that’s why I’m posting this publicly.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide in delivering my bundle.

exact same situation here, they even told me to not open any more tickets… staff/gms unresponsive so far.

Yep, same here. I’ve PMed them, I even sent them a message on their official facebook page. No response.

@STAFF_Max please send us the TP manually while waiting for you guys to ‘fix’ it.

If we look at the amount of people who are having this issue, it’s clear that’s it’s not a random issue. I have attempted to purchase 3 packs in total, 2 of which I have had refunded by steam.

Let’s hope IMC can come out with some kind of statement or at least acknowledge there’s some kind of purchasing issue.

Automated responses on tickets is NOT the way to keep your customers satisfied.

As always I would like to say thank to IMC for providing us with this great game, the road has been bumpy since release, but we’re slowly getting there!

UPDATE: It seems after this mornings maintenance I have received my TP bundle ingame (just checked)

Even though I have received my bundle, there might still be plenty of users who have NOT received their bundles.

I would still recommend IMC to take a look at this issue, as I am unsure if I purchase another pack that it will appear instantly or not.

UPDATE 2: It seems the moment I claimed the TP bundle it did not show up in my inventory but it did dissapear from the TP claim window, so not everything seems to be fixed?

UPDATE 3: After what seems to be 10 minutes my TP came in, seems to be a massive delay on the TP claim system.

I’ve heard from other people there might be something wrong with the communication between the Steam Inventory servers and the iTOS servers?

Nonetheless, strange as it may be. I’ve got my TP, but as stated before I am unsure if I purchase more TP that I will get it in a normal time period.

Same here. Yesterday I bought 100 TPs, tried to claim and received nothing.

UPDATE: yeah, there’s a huge delay in the server. Just received now.
