Hi, we dont have any option to contact steam support as they dont support game made by other company. What should we do now? Refund and keep trying?

well since i cant do anything in the game whitout my tps i’ll go take a nap and hope for when i Wake up i see some good News,otherwise i just go get my refund and never again put a single penny in this game
same here, its been over 30 hours and nothing, while everyone else who buys at the time get them instantly, im pretty sure its not overload issue, just that they are busy counting the money they made.
Dont know why cant they just manually send the TP to us as long as we provide proof of purchases… guess they are too lazy for that
