TP Bundle Bugs (almost a month now)

i got problem haha of course. and it has been almost 1 month. about my tp bundle

i believe there a lot of this kind threat, and the staff would always reply with “send us a ticket”

and i did, as u can see as follow

and they replied me just fine.

this is the first reply

as u can see, tos suspected my lappy, internet and such. and i already do my best with the topnotch internet line. i still cant get my tp bundle

here is the 2nd reply

and so, they asked for me to wait. ok, i waited, for like another maintenance.

and guess what? it doesnt fixed. so as they said "dont hesitate to contact us again. so i did, and the reply as follow

and so asked me to wait again. fine. i guess there are busy, thats all i could think. so i wait for another maintenance, still not fixed. i kinda frustrated so that i want to refund my tp bundle (ingame said i can refund if the tp bundle is not used YET), so i send another ticket requesting for refunding.

here how they reply to me

another waiting? it almost a month!!! how could i wait anymore? i’m human, i have my patient limit toooooooo.

please i need help with this matter. it involved real cash, so i cant just take this lightly.

I remember someone had an issue like this before so i have to ask a couple questions.

Do you or did you have any addons that alter the TP button? Like remove it for example.

no, not at all.

the tp bundle did appear, i just cant use it, somehow

just to make sure, this is about the 100TP from steam right?

like the above had mention, check if you have any addons that cause this problem 1st, you might also want to try to see if staying online after you click use (I assume you had done this, since is already a month) for some time, like 30min+

yeah, my lappy almost burn becuz of waiting like 30min to 60 min (actually, i gave like 6 hours)

and i did asked for refund, but the last picture shown how tos replied to me. should i send another, just in case?

edit: oh i misslook ‘steam’ as ‘imc’ , i think i will try contacting steam, somehow T_T

I cant say for sure for imc, but contacting steam should be helpful (just to make sure, is steam support), I haven’t try to refund on this game yet, but for other game, steam usually respond in 3 days

is quite simple, check the link I posted, you can do so in steam client as well, go to help > steam support, and follow the guide

but for the reason part, inform them in details, you might wanna include those reply that tree of savior support give you ask well. Since it’s already been 1 months (for game is 14 days only, in app purchase I’m not sure about the duration), having these evidence will increase your success chance.

i did just how u asked me to. but if ever get the cash back in my steam wallet, should i buy the 100tp bundle again? or will it bugged?

after what happened, i kinda, scared to buy stuff related to ToS product … T_T

i bought it twice, also the 100TP but i didn’t encounter the problem… however, they are people in the forum that complain about this problem… so it’s really hard for me to say about this issue. :cold_sweat:

I also remember the time when I bought it, i was worry about this problem as well.

IMO, If you plan to buy it again, you should have some insurance, such as asking steam for advice or inform them that you had this problem might occur again, and will they refund for the same reason, since if you ask for refund too much time, steam might issue a warning email to you.

oh well… not even steam support would love to help me…

Did they refuse to refund even after you inform them that the game cause you to unable to use the bundle you purchase? If so, you can only hope that IMC support will be able to assist you.

yeap, i did mention everything that happen, but still, they insist to help cuz its break the refund policy. oh dear imc, god knows how long i have to wait… next year? zzzzzzz

I see, if that’s the case, you can only hope that IMC will solve this problem soon, there’s another maintenance now, if you still can’t receive it, I suggest sending a ticket again, though you might get the same reply again :cold_sweat:
