me too, i cannot get my tp after the latest patch

same here in SEA Tesliai server. Purchased 310 TP and cannot retrieve from the TP button. Steam transaction was perfect but ingame collection buggy.

*Everytime I tried to retrieve my 310TP, I got kicked to login screen. (Servers selection)

Couldn’t take the bundle before the patch but now it even kicks me to server screen too…

me too, i purchased 500 tp yesterday and plan to claim it today. but not able to redeem the tp and kicks me on the server… I feel like, I was scammed. :frowning:

I’m getting this problem on Orsha too, when I try to claim the TP bundle it sends me to server select

I was having the same issue you guys are experiencing two maintenances ago. Couldn’t find a solution, neither did IMC give me one. However I could get my TP when I tried to get it from my husbands pc since I wouldn’t get disconnected when redeemed it there. So I’m guessing it has something to do with an error during an update.
Also I noticed that my patch stops working near the end and when I open the launcher again it just starts the game as if such error never happened.

I have no idea. I didn’t buy any TP after so… But it’s quite odd that I could get it in another pc. :sweat:

I would suggest that you guys check the game data through steam and see what happens.

mesmo problema aqui SA Silute , 1 arquivo corrompido mas jogo não conserta o mencionado arquivo!! “não repara”
