These should be easily transferable to other characters on the same account because they are untradeable and quite expensive to only be transferred once to another character on the same account. Plus we paid for it so we should be able to make our other characters wear them.
I’m thinking that this would be ignored because the reasons for the limitations would be for more income generated by buying more TP items.
