TP Appearance Equipment cannot Work

(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Normal quests and grinding
Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to Blacksmith
  2. Change Weapon Appearance
  3. Put in the Elite Guardian Staff (I want new skin to be on this one)
  4. Put in the TP Appearance Equipment (error message popped up)

Tested with other TP Appearance Equipment, no issue. Only happened to Picnic Staff

The new appearance equipments like picnic staff are used in a different manner, you add them to your team appearance storage third button under your char just besides the goddes management button and you can register there the new appearance gear. Once registered you can apply it as many times as you want in different characters too.
