I’m here just to give a feedback about the scroll and zoom in/out that’s only possible if you use mouse.
Well, I use touchpad, so scrolling through menus is impossible 
And zoom in/out too 
So I’ll post here my suggestion to do something about touchpads. Zoom in/out could use page up/down, but this way touchpad users would still have a problem scrolling over the game like inventary, status and other things.
Maybe you can check with your laptop manufacturer and see if they have software you can use to customize the trackpad? I believe on some models, you can use the right vertical edge to emulate the scroll wheel, and maybe two finger scrolling.
My touchpad has scroll and zoom (using two fingers), but it doesn’t work with the game… =/ I tried changing my settings in-game from keyboard to mouse while using my touchpad, but it’s still impossible to scroll and zoom in-game.
The Touch pad was problematic on my system as well. It was able to occasionally function when using two finger scrolling, but it was very ineffective and basically allowed me to go from the top to the bottom. Anything in the middle was lost. Some sensitivity setting may have helped but I wasn’t able to test it any further than that.
